I used to love the store bought top ramen noodles and added my own mixture to the dish. Now I found a way to make it with BD ingredients. Now I can enjoy my own easy homeade healthy japanese style soup in just seconds. Bon Appetit ~
15 oz. chicken broth
4 oz. chicken breast, skin-on
2 oz. brown rice fettuccine
2 white mushrooms
1 egg
1 tsp. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
5 kale
1 green onion
1 dsh. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. black pepper
cayenne pepper to taste
1 lime juice
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Boil the noodles and drain. Boil 1 egg. Cook chicken pieces in frying pan. In sauce pan add chicken and broth, noodles, add cut up mushrooms and onions. Bring to boil and add lime juice or squeeze a piece of lime, chili powder, cayenne powder, sea salt, pepper and cumin to taste . Pour into ramen noodle bowl adding the sliced egg and sprinkled with cilantro on top. Grab some chop sticks and a japanese spoon for a delicious ramen. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds, add broccoli or add whatever spices you enjoy the most like curry seasoning etc. Note: Add Kale only if you choose.
