Quinoa with Sauteed Kale

Quick and easy, super tasty side dish!

Ingredients

    1 tsp. avocado oil

    1/4 tsp. garlic

    1 c. kale

    1/2 c. cooked quinoa

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil in a pan over low to medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds, until fragrant. Add kale (roughly torn) and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted and dark green. Stir in cooked quinoa, and season with salt and pepper. When quinoa is heated through, remove from heat. Serve warm.
