I put it together yesterday trying to eat spinach somehow. Turned out delicios!
2 c. white quinoa
2 egg
2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. wasabi paste, organic
sea salt & black pepper to taste
2 cups of quinoa, cooked 2 boiled eggs 2 cups of Cottage cheese Wasabi powder Salt Black pepper 2 tbsp homemade mayo
Chop eggs, squeeze the water out of spinach if you use the frozen one, mix all, and enjoy! it is good cold, from the refrigerator.
