Mexican Fideo Version
1 spelt pasta
1 coconut oil
2 chicken bouillon
sea salt to taste
1 garlic
2 med. tomato
1 med. onion
I fry the shells with coconut oil until golden brown while I'm doing this I prepare my sauce onion, 1 size of quarter garlic, 2 tomatoes, 1 quart water and my chicken bullion. I pour in the sauce in the shells and let it cook until soft shell are done, when this is done you can have with corn tortilla and roasted chile and this is my first recipe I hope this will help you and have fun.
