Pears cooked in juice
4 med. pear
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
stevia to taste
Peel the pears, cut in half, remove the core, and place in a sauce pan. Add enough water to the pan to cover the pears. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir, and simmer over medium low heat until pears are soft. Remove the pears and reduce the liquid by half. Divide the pears into 4 servings and pour a little of the reduced liquid on each pear.
