Quick and Easy Tandoori Chicken

Great way to give chicken a new flavor that is quick and easy to make. I tried this last night and both my husband and daughter loved it.


    2 chicken breast

    1 tsp. curry powder

    1 tsp. garlic powder

    1 tsp. paprika

    1 pinch sea salt

    1 tbsp. coconut oil


Season chicken liberally with curry, garlic, and paprika and rub it into the chicken. Then sprinkle with sea salt.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and add chicken. Cook covered on medium to medium-high heat until chicken is brown on both sides and cooked all the way through.

Spoon over the chicken the extra dippings/oil that is in the pan. Serve.
