Quick and Easy Salmon Patties

Salmon patties FAST!


    1 egg

    1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread

    6 oz. canned salmon

    1/4 sml. red onion

    1/4 c. bell pepper, any color


Cook sliced red onion and chunks of bell pepper on medium high heat with a little coconut oil. Mix salmon and egg separately. Tear bread up and add it to salmon. Mix all together, and form two patties. Cook on the same heat until brown. Melt a little raw cheese on top (optional). Serve with a side dish. Enjoy!
