My mom used to make quiche when I was a kid but she added flour and a bunch of things that wouldn't be BD approved so I took the idea and refined it. It turned out pretty good and will definitely add this recipe to my regulars. The next time I make it I will make sure to take a photo and add it to the recipe. Happy cooking!

Ingredients

    2 bch. broccoli

    6 egg

    1 tsp. sea salt

    1 c. cheese, any type

    2 chicken breast, skin-on

    3 white or gold potatoes

Directions

  1. Cook all ingredients that require it. Steam broccoli, boil potatoes, boil/bake chicken breasts.
  2. Once all ingredients are prepared. Take a large lasagna dish grease with some coconut oil, and begin to layer the ingredients, placing the potatoes first on the bottom then the broccoli, and then the chicken.
  3. Combine the salt, eggs, and cheese. Stir to combine ingredients. Once ingredients are combined pour the mixture on top of the layers in the dish and place in oven for 20-25 min at 375. Depending at what consistency you like your eggs it might be longer or shorter.
  4. Take it out of the oven and let cool for 5 min and cut and serve. Yummmm
