Pumpkin Spice Protein Oatmeal

One of my favorite recipes for breakfast!


    1/3 c. old-fashioned oats

    2/3 c. water

    1/2 c. pumpkin puree, canned

    1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla

    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


Combine oats and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring the mixture occasionally, for about 5 minutes. When the oats have softened and the mixture looks thick and creamy, stir in pumpkin puree, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Remove from heat, move the oatmeal to a bowl, and enjoy!
