Flavorful and full of antioxidants...this smoothie is an all-around good choice.


    1/2 frozen banana

    1/2 c. pumpkin puree, canned

    3/4 c. almond milk

    1/2 c. Greek yogurt

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1 dsh. vanilla extract

    4 ice


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
