This is a great snack for fall and for us protein types!
1/4 c. nut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
liquid stevia to taste
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 banana
Mash banana and then blend all ingredients together in blender.
Spread mixture in a pan and put in freezer until set. Cut and serve!
*Pan size: you decide how thick you want your fudge - a smaller pan will give you thick fudge but will take longer to set up and then a bigger pan will set up faster because the mixture is spread thinner. Either way these are delicious!
