A yummy fall twist to regular chocolate chip cookies!
1/2 c. pumpkin puree, canned
1/2 c. almond butter
1 egg
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. honey, raw
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Mix all the ingredients together in one bowl. Feel free to add any other add-ins you want: cranberries, nuts, coconut flakes... the choices are endless!
Drop batter onto a greased cookie sheet by the spoonful. The batter will be runny, this is correct. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
This makes about 12 cookies, depending on the size you make them.
