Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips

Chocolate chips make this gluten-free pumpkin bread a delicious treat!


    1 c. almond flour

    1/4 c. coconut flour

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 tsp. baking soda

    3/4 c. pumpkin puree, canned

    1/4 c. honey, raw

    4 tbsp. avocado oil

    3 egg

    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

    1/2 c. chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a loaf pan with oil.

Combine almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, sea salt, and baking soda in a bowl.

Whisk together pumpkin puree, honey, avocado oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, and mix until fully incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, and spread it out evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool before slicing.
