Delicious pumpkin treat!
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. honey, raw
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 c. pumpkin puree, canned
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. almond flour
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8 square pan. Cream together butter and honey using a mixer. Add cinnamon, egg, pumpkin, and vanilla to the bowl. Mix well. Stir in flour, 1/4 cup at a time. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 16 brownies. Each contains about 1 fat, 1/2 carb, and 1/4 protein.
