1 pinch nutmeg
1/2 c. almond milk
4 ice
1 med. red apple
1/2 c. pumpkin puree, canned
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, any flavor
1 pinch cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
