A great protein-packed coconut blueberry ice cream! Easy, delicious, and filling!
1 c. blueberries
1 dsh. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. almonds
10 oz. Greek yogurt
stevia to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Put in a container in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve cold, and enjoy the delicious ice cream!
