I like this mixture better than the store bought one. But you can play with the spices to make it suit you!
1/4 c. paprika
1 tbsp. dried sage
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. sea salt
Mix well and store in a jar with tight fitting lid. I always label my homemade spices so I don't forget what they are. :)
This makes about 1/2 cup.
You can add or take away whichever spices you'd like
