Who said eating healthy means you can't still have potato chips?
1 sml. baking potatoes
1 tbsp. coconut oil
sea salt to taste
In a heavy pot, heat about a 1/2 inch of coconut oil to between 325 to 350 degrees. Thinly slice a small white potato. Add a layer of potatoes to the oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. About 3 mins per side. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with Celtic Sea Salt. Enjoy!
