Pork Apple Lunch

I love the flavors of pork and apple together.

Ingredients

    4 oz. pork chop

    1 Fuji apple

    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1 med. zucchini

    sea salt to taste

Directions

Heat coconut oil in a cast iron skillet and add the boneless pork chop, cut in strips. When seared, add the apple and zucchini strips and stir fry until browned and mellow looking. Season with salt. (You can also season with lemon juice and Tamari if you'd like.)
