Ingredients

    1 med. carrot

    2 tbsp. Greek yogurt

    1 med. Granny Smith apple

    2 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla

    1 c. water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
