Pineapple Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

Good balance of carbs and smoothie in this fruity smoothie!

Ingredients

    1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla

    1 c. homemade coconut milk

    1/2 c. strawberries

    1/2 c. pineapple

    1/2 med. frozen banana

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Use frozen fruit. If using fresh fruit, add ice to the blender.
