The pickles and pickle juice really kick these deviled eggs up a notch.
4 tbsp. homemade mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh dill weed
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tbsp. pickle juice
3 tbsp. dill pickle
sea salt & black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
6 egg
Hard boil eggs. Let cool, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and pickle juice. Use a fork to mash every together until smooth and well combined. Stir in fresh dill, chopped pickles, sea salt, and pepper.
Arrange egg white halves on a serving plate.
Spoon egg yolk mixture into a piping bag (or if you don't have a piping bag, spoon it into a ziploc bag and cut off the corner). Pipe the mixture into the egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
Store in refrigerator.
