Persimmons are ripe now and SO delicious. This smoothie makes a great snack and no one will know it includes a serving of spinach. Add 1 Scoop Protein Powder or 2 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt to increase your protein if you want.
1 persimmon
1 c. spinach
2 tbsp. almond butter
1/2 c. canned coconut milk
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Drink immediately.
