Here's an awesome (hubby approved!) hot chocolate recipe I came up with that will not require another trip to the grocery store! I'm a hot chocolate lover, and almond or soy milk tastes really weird to me. Melting baking chocolate is wonderful with cream, but it's really hard to get a good consistency when you combine it with anything (milk, almond or water). This recipe is quick, easy, and delicious.
1/8 c. cacao powder
1 indv. stevia packet
1 pinch sea salt
1/4 c. water
2 c. milk, raw or organic
1 dsh. vanilla extract
