Pecan Crusted Salmon

    2 tbsp. honey, raw

    2 oz. pecans

    4 tbsp. mustard seed, ground

    16 oz. salmon


Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Mix honey, chopped pecans, and mustard together. Clean salmon and remove skin if desired. Place salmon, skin side down, on foil covered baking dish. Spread honey mixture evenly across top of salmon fillets. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, or until fish is no longer transparent inside.
