Here is a way to get your protein without eating meat.
2 c. cottage cheese
2 med. pear
2 stlk. celery
1/3 c. pecans
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Chop pears, celery, and pecans. Combine with cottage cheese in a large bowl. Season with ginger. Chill until serving.
