Peanut Butter Balls

Delicious and fun for all ages. :)


    24 tbsp. peanut butter, creamy

    1/2 c. chocolate chips

    1/2 c. raisins

    1/2 c. shredded coconut

    1/2 c. walnuts

    1/2 c. honey, raw

    1/8 c. gluten-free flour


Mix all ingredients in bowl until thoroughly mixed together. Put wax paper on a cookie sheet or something large enough to hold all of them. Flour hands with rice or a kind of non - wheat flour. Take a giant spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball with hands. Continue til all mixture is in balls. Then put pan in the refrigerator and chill for one hour. ENJOY!!! :)

Makes about 24 balls - serving size is 2 balls.
