Peanut Butter and Yogurt Parfait

A tasty and hearty breakfast all in one bowl.


  • 2 tbs. peanut butter, creamy
  • 6 oz. yogurt
  • 2 stevia packet
  • 1/2 med. red apple
  • 1/4 c. sprouted whole grain cereal


Soften the peanut butter in your bowl with the back of a spoon so it blends better with the yogurt. Mix in yogurt and stevia. Stir in the cut up apple, and add the cereal on top.
