PB&J Oatmeal

A healthy way to eat the classic peanut butter and jelly combo without the added sugars!


    1/2 c. old-fashioned oats

    1 c. water

    2 tbsp. almond butter

    1 c. berries


Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add oatmeal, reduce heat to medium, and let cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until desired consistency.

While oatmeal is cooking, mash berries with a fork until jam-like texture.

When the oatmeal finishes cooking, stir in berries and almond butter.
