PB&J Oatmeal

A healthy way to eat the classic peanut butter and jelly combo without the added sugars!


  • 1/2 c. cooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 c. blackberries


  • Mix oatmeal and water in a bowl and microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes.
  • While oatmeal is cooking, mash berries with a fork until jam-like texture.
  • When oatmeal is finished, mix in berries and peanut butter.
  • Eat it and love it.
