Making this recipe today for the first time because it looks healthy. This recipe comes on the back of the spaghetti box.I do not know how to figure out the proteins/fat/carbs per serving, so if someone can please do that for me?
1 pkg. spelt pasta
4 uncured bacon
1 c. onion
2 clove garlic
24 oz. tomato sauce
2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
In large skillet,cook bacon until crisp;drain thoroughly. Crumble bacon;return to skillet.Add onion and garlic;cook over medium heat 3 minutes,stirring occasionally. Stir in spaghetti sauce;heat to boiling.Reduce heat;cook 5 minutes.Meanwhile,cook pasta according to package directions,adding broccoli to pasta cooking water during the last 3 minutes.Drain pasta and broccoli well;toss with hot sauce.Sprinkle with cheese.
