Super quick and easy recipe to satisfy any salty snack cravings.
1 lrg. zucchini
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
garlic powder to taste
black pepper to taste
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice zucchini into thin rounds and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and stir to make sure the oil gets on all of the rounds.
Add seasonings and Parmesan cheese to the bowl, and mix to evenly coat all zucchini rounds.
Move zucchini to baking sheet, and arrange in a single layer. Bake for about 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a bit golden.
