Parmesan Chicken Thighs

So easy, crispy and delicious!


    3 chicken thigh, skin-on

    3 oz. parmesan cheese

    1 egg

    2 tbsp. milk, raw or organic

    black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350. Whisk egg and milk together, shred Parmesan, dip chicken into egg mixture and coat with Parmesan. Put in glass baking dish, add pepper to taste. Bake approximately 45 minutes or until crispy.
