Paleo Mustard Chicken

Quick and easy chicken recipe perfect for any night of the week!


    1/4 c. coconut oil

    2 tbsp. mustard seed, ground

    1/2 tsp. dried sage

    1/2 tsp. sea salt

    1/2 tsp. black pepper

    8 chicken thigh, skinless


Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Combine melted coconut oil, ground mustard, dried sage, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir well. Brush mixture onto bone-in chicken thighs. Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
