Gluten-free recipe for yummy, dense chocolate brownies.
7 tbsp. coconut flour
3 egg
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. cacao powder
1/2 c. walnuts
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 inch glass baking dish.
Melt butter. Add coconut flour, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and cacao powder; mix well. Stir in walnuts (optional). Move mixture to the baking dish, and use a spatula to spread it out evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool in pan for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
