This is a quick recipe to cover a craving when a sweet tooth prevails
3 c. almond meal
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. coconut oil
2 egg
1/2 c. maple syrup
2 c. chocolate chips
Melt coconut oil Toss all ingredients into food processor and mix until well blended. Drop just over a tablespoon on to tray and bake for 15mins at 375 F (350 in convection oven)
