Oven-Roasted Pork Chops

Quick and easy oven-roasted pork chops that are flavorful and juicy!

Ingredients

    2 pork chop

    2 tbsp. dried rosemary

    1 dsh. cayenne pepper

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

    1 tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix seasonings together.

Season both sides of pork chop with seasoning mix and place in a shallow baking pan.

Cook for 30 minutes in oven. Flip pork chops over about half way through for even browning on both sides.

Take pork chops out and let rest for about 5 minutes.
