These chickpeas are a-ma-zing! Excellent alternative to unhealthy salty snacks.
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt to taste
chili powder to taste
garlic powder to taste
paprika to taste
15 oz. cooked chickpeas
Drain chickpeas and place in a strainer lined with a paper towel. Let dry for about 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread chickpeas out on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring the chickpeas every 5 minutes or so. When the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy, they're done! Move chickpeas to a mixing bowl, sprinkle with seasonings, and toss to evenly coat.
*I used about 1/2 teaspoon of each spice the first time I made these, but you can change the amounts based on your preferences or use different spices altogether.
