Crispy spicy chicken wings
1/2 tbsp. garlic
1/2 tbsp. fresh ginger
1 tsp. mustard seed, ground
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
16 chicken wings
cayenne pepper to taste
12 to 16 chicken wings tips removes , divide the wing into the drum être and wingette or leave whole this is a personal preference. Place chicken in a zip top bag add the spice mix shake to coat all the wings refriderate for 1 hour ( or over night if planning ahead) heat oven to 450 degrees brush baking sheet with oil and place in the oven to heat. Dust wings in rice flour place in a single layer on hot baking sheet. Cook for 20 to 25 min turning once during cooking
