Open Faced Tomato/Bacon Sandwich

Fresh tomatoes from the garden are the inspiration for this yummy sandwhich.


    1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread

    1 lrg. tomato

    1 slc. uncured bacon

    1 oz. mild cheddar cheese


This can be done in a toater oven or broiled in you oven.

  1. Place bread on broil pan
  2. Top with slices of tomato
  3. Put cheedar cheese slice on top of tomato.
  4. Cut bacon into piece to lay on top of cheese.
  5. Broil until the bacon is cooked and the cheese has melted.
