Open-Faced Egg and Bacon Sandwich

A super easy and satisfying breakfast sandwich. I enjoyed mine with a glass of fruit and herb infused water.


  • 2 egg
  • 2 turkey bacon
  • 1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread, from organic grains
  • 1 tsp. butter


Lightly beat eggs with a little water and cook as you would for an omelet. Meanwhile, toast bread and fry bacon. Butter toast and top with egg and bacon. Enjoy!
