On the Run Blueberry Shake

This is my "I'm in a hurry and need a quick breakfast on the go." The color and taste of the blueberries masks the spinach so the kids don't even notice it's in there!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Greek yogurt
  • 1 c. baby spinach
  • 1 c. frozen blueberries
  • stevia to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
