Omega Alpha Carb Smoothie

Need some help building up that energy? Carb it up with the ultimate naturally sweet breakfast or pre-workout smoothie! Very filling and adds some omega-3 to your diet. All in under 5 minutes!

Ingredients

    2 med. banana

    6 oz. yogurt

    1/2 med. papaya, fresh, organic

    1/2 c. almond milk

    1 tbsp. ground flax seeds

    3 ice

Directions

Add desired amount of ice to a blender (3 or 4 cubes is a good starting point). Cut up the two bananas into the blender. Add chopped papaya, followed by yogurt. Pour in almond milk, and add ground flax. Blend until smooth.
