Everyone loves this granola! Add it to plain Greek yogurt with fruit for a tasty breakfast or snack.
3 c. old-fashioned oats
2 c. almonds
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. maple syrup
3/4 c. honey, raw
1/4 c. coconut oil
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. raisins
Combine oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, and cinnamon in a 9x13-inch pan.
Melt the coconut oil, and add in the maple syrup and honey. Add in the vanilla last. Drizzle over dry mixture and mix well.
Bake at 250°F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, mixing every 15 minutes. Stir in raisins (or any dried fruit you like) after baking.
