This oatmeal with extras is great on a cold morning.
1 c. water
cinnamon to taste
1/2 med. banana
1 tbsp. walnuts
1/4 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 c. steel cut oats
1 tbsp. white quinoa
Place the steel cut oats, quinoa, water, and cinnamon in small sauce pan. Simmer for 20 minutes. Before serving, stir in sliced banana, chopped walnuts, blueberries, and chia seeds.
