Turn your oatmeal into muffins for a grab-and-go breakfast.
12 stevia packet
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 c. oat bran
3 egg
2 med. banana
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. canned coconut milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 12 cups of a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well.
Evenly distribute the mixture into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
