this is a cross between a pancake and a omelette
1 egg
1/3 c. cooked oatmeal
1 tbsp. flax seeds
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 lrg. egg white
1 tsp. canned coconut milk
grind first three in grinder and put in small bowl. add rest and mix with fork. makes 2 heavy pancakes that you can top with honey or whatever you want. I make ahead of time and take one to work and put in toaster for afternoon break. Keeps me full till I get home! One is enough for me :)
