1/2 c. almond milk
1/2 med. frozen banana
3 tbsp. old-fashioned oats
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla
1 tbsp. almond butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more almond milk to get to your desired consistency.
