My son has a low tolerance of dairy so we've been trying oat milk. I like using it in my protein shakes!
4 c. water
1 med. banana
2 c. cooked oatmeal
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 dsh. stevia
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate. Shake before using.
