A protein rich breakfast which takes 1 minute to prepare and fills you up for hours!
1 tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
2 oz. Greek yogurt
1/4 oz. hazelnuts
1/4 oz. walnuts
Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl. Use the spoon to mix in peanut butter until it has blended in with the yogurt. Add the nuts - hazelnuts and walnuts work well together in this recipe, but any other nut can be used to substitute.
This is a great filler-upper and is protein-rich, making it great for people who find it hard to fit in protein in the day. It's so simple to make, and it's delicious.
Mix it up a bit? Why not add chopped plums or apples or some berries to your breakfast!
