Sweet and tasty nutrient rich juice made with a juicer. If you look up the benefits of beetroot, kale and spinach alone you will see how beneficial this juice is.
1 c. pineapple
1 fresh ginger
1 c. kale
1 c. beets
1 med. red apple
1/2 lemon
1 c. spinach
1 c. carrot
You will need a juicer for this recipe. Wash all items. Put though juicer. Chill or serve immediately on ice. I am a protien so I found that putting approx 1 oz per serving of greek yogurt with stevia is a great way to get more nutrients in my yogurt. Enjoy.
